Our 2+1 Detached Villas;

 

We offer you a wonderful location, a quiet, peaceful holiday opportunity completely surrounded by nature.

 

Our villas, located in a special location with modern architecture and natural beauty in Fethiye, Hisarönü region, are designed to offer you a peaceful holiday accompanied by the view of Babadağ. There is a total of 300 m² of garden area and 95 m² of interior usage area.

 

Our facility is within walking distance to Hisarönü center and only a 9-10 minute drive from Ölüdeniz Beach. Fethiye center is approximately 10 km away.

 

Living Room: The modern and carefully designed living room has a stylish and comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a direct exit from the lounge to the poolside.

 

Bedrooms

 

Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, make-up mirror, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
 

Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
 

Garden: There is a private pool in the fully surrounded garden. In the 300 m² usage area, there is also a dining table for 4 people, a private barbecue, a shower area, sun loungers, umbrellas and a garden swing.

Pool: There is a sheltered private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas that belong entirely to the villa.

 

Open plan kitchen area; There are enough kitchen supplies, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle for 4 people or more.

Our villas max. It can accommodate 4 people. Water, electricity usage, entrance cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.

 

We provide services for all activities such as Paragliding, Boat tours, Horse safari provided by the natural beauties of Fethiye.

 

All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly.

 

Supermarkets are located approximately 5-10 minutes walk away.

We have optional breakfast service in our 2+1 villas. You can also order snacks such as Toast, Menemen, and hot and cold drinks from our kitchen during the day.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. upon entrance to the villa. A damage deposit of 2,000 TL will be collected in cash. If there is no problem, the damage deposit will be refunded in cash upon leaving the villa.

 

Note: An extra 500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays below the minimum stay period.

 

Note: There may be live music in our facility at times.
