TLOS PLUS VILLA

Located in an elite site with 10 villas with detached pools and gardens of the same style and quality, our villa has all the equipment and equipment you need. You will have a privileged holiday isolated from the outside in our completely sheltered villa.

 

Note: For families and groups who want to come in large numbers, there are similar villas right next to this villa. Depending on availability, they can rent more than one villa at the same time and vacation together.

 

Living room: It is designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen and is located on the ground floor.

Details: There is a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace and a bathroom.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open-plan kitchen/living room and is located on the ground floor.

Details: Our open-plan kitchen has all kinds of kitchen utensils and electronic items that can meet your needs during your holiday.

 

1st Bedroom:

Details: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and access to the pool terrace.

2.Bedroom:

Details: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and bedside table.

3.Bedroom:

Details: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom (shared with the living room) and access to the pool terrace.

 

Pool Floor Terrace: Private swimming pool, Children's pool, Private garden, Sun loungers, Sun umbrellas, Sunbathing area, Swing, BBQ (BBQ).

Pool and garden maintenance is done early in the morning. Regular maintenance is carried out every day by the personnel in charge.

Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m Length: 11.5 m Depth: 1.40 m Note: Damage deposit is 3000 TL. It will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of check-in

and will be refunded in full if there is no damage, missing etc. during the check before the customer leaves the villa/apartment. General note for all villas in the Ölüdeniz region:

Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur. 

Note: Our guests staying in our villas will have the chance to benefit from the privileged services of ZEHRA KULEM BEACH, the most private and only conservative beach in the region and serving within our company.

ZEHRA KULEM BEACH Zehra Kulem Beach is a pioneer facility in its field as the first and only beach providing conservative services in Muğla/Fethiye. We offer private use to our villa guests. With its magnificent location,
clean and clear sea water, it has an area where you can spend time with your family and friends with pleasure all day long. There are two separate swimming areas for men and women. The private beach area for women is sheltered

so that it cannot be seen from the outside. There is an open buffet cafe area, a prayer room, a dressing cabin and a shower area within the beach area. There is also a shower area, dressing cabin and beverage bar in the men's swimming area.
You can have a pleasant meal and drinks in peace with the view in the magnificent restaurant by the sea. You can spend time in peace with the natural pond in the interior and the private family mansions around the pond. It also has hiking trails,
