Likya  1,2,& 5 Villa is a conservative, sheltered villa located in Ölüdeniz Ovacık, a district of Fethiye. With its pool terrace and garden, it provides an ideal environment for your holiday away from the traffic and noise of the city. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms in total, offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Our villa is an ideal option for families with children, as it has a single storey and large pool terrace. Due to the location of our villa, the pool and the pool terrace are sheltered and are definitely not visible from the surroundings. It serves as a villa option suitable for conservative families.

Note : There are similar villas right next to this villa for families and groups who want to come with a large crowd. According to the availability, they can rent more than one villa at the same time and spend a holiday together.

Living Room: It is designed as an open plan living room/kitchen and is located on the ground floor.

Details:There is a Sitting group, LCD TV, Air conditioning, access to the pool terrace and bathroom.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open plan kitchen/living room and is located on the ground floor.

Details: In our open-plan kitchen, there are all kinds of kitchen furnishing and electronic materials that can meet your needs during your holiday.

Details: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstand, make-up table, and wardrobe.

2.Bedroom:Details : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Floor Terrace: Private swimming pool, Private garden, Sunbeds, Sun umbrellas, Sunbathing area, Swing, BBQ (Barbecue)

Pool garden maintenance is done early in the morning. Maintenance is done by staff daily

Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m Length: 6.00 m Depth: 1.40 m

Note: Damage deposit is 3000 TL. It will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of arrival and if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment, it will be returned exactly.

Note: Our guests staying in our villas will have the chance to benefit from the privileged services of ZEHRA KULEM BEACH, which is the most private beach of the region and provides service within our company.

General note for all villas in the Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be done periodically in Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

ZEHRA KULEM BEACH

Zehra Kulem Beach is the leading facility in its field as the first and only beach that provides conservative service in Muğla/Fethiye. We offer private use to our villa guests. With its magnificent location, clean and clear sea water, it has an area where you can spend time with your family and friends with pleasure all day long. There are 2 separate swimming areas for men and women. The women's private beach area is sheltered from the outside. There is an open buffet cafe area, prayer room, dressing cabin and shower area in the beach area. There is also a shower area, a dressing cabin and a beverage buffet in the men's swimming area. You can have a pleasant meal and drinks in the magnificent restaurant by the sea accompanied by a peaceful view. You can spend time in peace with the natural pond inside and the private family mansions around the pond. It also has hiking trails, camping areas, and pavilion rental services for barbecue. NOTE: Special for our guests staying in our villas, the fee of Zehra Kulem Beach Entrance + Parking + Sunbeds  and Umbrella price is 150 TL. All other services on the beach are charged.
