Likya 3 & 4  Villa is a sheltered villa located in a very special location in Ölüdeniz Ovacık, a district of Fethiye. With its useful pool terrace and garden, it is in an ideal location for your holiday away from the traffic and noise of the city. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms in total, offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Our villa is an ideal option for families with children, as it has a single storey and large pool terrace. Due to the location of our villa, the pool and the pool terrace are sheltered and are definitely not visible from the surroundings. It is a very suitable option for families and honeymooners.

Note :There are similar villas right next to this villa for families and groups who want to come with a large crowd. According to the availability, they can rent more than one villa at the same time and spend a holiday together.

Living Room: It is designed as an open plan living room/kitchen and is located on the ground floor.

Details: Seating group, LCD TV, Air conditioning, access to the pool terrace and bathroom.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open plan kitchen/living room and is located on the ground floor.

Details: In our open-plan kitchen, there are all kinds of kitchen utensils and electronic goods that can meet your needs during your holiday.

1. Bedroom:

Details: There is a double bed, a jacuzzi, an en-suite bathroom, a nightstand, a make-up table and a wardrobe.

2.Bedroom:

Details : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom (shared with the living room) and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Floor Terrace: Private swimming pool, Private garden, Sun loungers, Sun umbrellas, Sunbathing area, Swing, BBQ (Barbecue)

Pool garden maintenance is done early in the morning. Maintenance is done on a daily basis by the people in charge.

Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m Length: 6.00 m Depth: 1.40 m

Note: Damage deposit is 1500 TL. It will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of arrival and if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment, it will be returned exactly.

ZEHRA TOWER BEACH
We offer private use to our villa guests. With its magnificent location, clean and clear sea water, it has an area where you can spend time with your family and friends with pleasure all day long. The women's private beach area is sheltered from the outside. There is an open buffet à la carte restaurant, prayer room, dressing and shower area in the beach area. Apart from the men's swimming area, there is also a sheltered swimming area for families. For privacy in the family swimming area, a Hashama (long sea suit) is mandatory for female guests. You can have a pleasant meal in the magnificent restaurant by the sea. You can spend time in peace with the natural pond in the interior and the family mansions around the pond. It also has hiking trails, camping areas, and pavilion rental services for barbecue. If you are looking for a facility with a private beach in Turkey, we would be happy to welcome you as Zehra Kulem Beach.

NOTE: SPECIAL FOR OUR GUESTS RESIDING IN OUR VILLAS, THE FEE OF ZEHRA KULEM BEACH ENTRANCE + PARKING PARK + CHAMBER LONG AND UMBRELLA IS 80 TL. ALL OTHER SERVICES ON THE BEACH ARE CHARGED.
