Reservation by Phone: After determining the holiday home you want to book, you can contact our company on 0252 616 74 46 and send the code of the relevant house to our authorized personnel to get all the information you are interested in about the cottage, confirm the availability status of the cottage. Then, your contact information is received by our official and the “Pre-Booking Document” containing all the details about your relevant reservation is sent. Paid paid to our company account contained in the document within the specified period of time in case you pay your reservation is confirmed and the “Reservation Confirmation Certificate” will be sent to you.
The total amount paid to the Villa/Apartment you have rented includes electricity, water, cleaning, internet, lpg gas expenses, pool and garden maintenance expenses.
Our customer representative contacts our guests 1 day before they arrive at the villa or apartment and the location of the rented villa or apartment is sent. The owner or his representative will meet you at the villa or apartment and provide you with the keys.

Our professional pool maintenance team comes early in the morning, takes the necessary measurements of the pool and if there is a medicine that needs to be disposed of, cleans the pool and makes it ready for use for you.
The hours of use of the pools in our Villas and apartments are between 09:00-21:00. Dec. The hour limit is a measure taken to ensure that chemical drugs that are regularly discarded for the maintenance of pools do not harm you.
We have places where you can make BBQ (barbecue) in the gardens of our villas. However, in order for the gardens of our apartments to be a common use area, and also for our guests staying in other apartments not to be disturbed, we do not have BBQ (barbecue) places in our apart gardens. For our guests staying in our apartments, you can make BBQ (barbecue) in the appropriate places that our customer representative will show you.

There are all kitchen utensils in our villas and apartments. There is also a hair dryer and an iron. Our villas and apartments are delivered to you with a set of bath and face towels for everyone, as well as your beds are prepared. It will only be enough to bring your own personal belongings, beach towels, food and beverage shopping.
There will be no one in the Villa but you. Our villas have a private pool and a garden. It belongs only to you during the rental period.
The villa or apartment you have rented is delivered to you clean Jul. After that, exit cleaning is performed. if the rental is made for 14 nights or more, Dec cleaning services are provided weekly. These are services included in the price.
A villa with a sheltered pool means that the pool is surrounded in such a way that no one can see it from the outside. In other words, the villa is surrounded by a stone wall or covered with a thick tarpaulin or fence. Thanks to this, no one will be able to disturb you in the pool or garden of the villa.
